Company tab

Here are the different sections available through the Company menu.

General information

Owners

Allows you to manage the list of company owners.

Forecast and action plan

You can enter information about the company's forecast and its action plan (two separate windows). The text in these sections will generate an automated report in PDF format. The Report can be generated via the Report tab or with the printer icon located in the right corner of the main menu bar.

Activity list

Allows the user to identify what the company produces. This list must be kept up to date as it determines which Aleop accounts are available, for account mapping. Always click Save when finished.

The first step is to select the production groups that are active in the company. The None group must be selected to manage General productions, General crops, Machinery, land and buildings which contain generic accounts.

By checking Manage, the accounts of the selected production will become available for account mapping and the production will default to Active status.

By unchecking Active, account mapping of the selected production is kept, but these accounts will no longer be displayed in validation.

If you uncheck Manage for a production and it contains accounts with which there is an account map, a warning will be generated. Deleted account mapping may cause certain accounts in your charter to no longer be available upon validation.

We recommend only deactivating a production by unchecking the Active box if there is a possibility that the company produces it again.
