Aleop Client starts automatically when you open your computer. To check if Aleop Client is running, display the hidden icons by clicking on the arrow located in the taskbar (bottom right corner).

If the Aleop icon is visible, the program is running, and the images should be transferred to the company folder. If Aleop Client is not running, click on the shortcut on the desktop to start it. If the problem persists, call technical support (toll-free: 1-855-484-4040 or local: (819) 850-2342).

When the "File in the Web" function is not activated or when there are several companies in one account, the batch of documents will have to be filed directly after scanning.
The "Pending Approval" banner remains displayed until any missing information is specified before sending the documents to the web folder.


Batches awaiting approval screen :
If the user closes the “Awaiting Approval” banner or has difficulty seeing it, they can go to the “Awaiting Approval Batches” section to complete the processing.
To review the main screens of Aleop Client “Double click” on the “Aleop” icon in the taskbar menu.
