Comme beaucoup d\u2019entreprises, elle doit jongler avec un volume \u00e9lev\u00e9 de factures, le suivi des paiements et la gestion des fournisseurs. Ces t\u00e2ches administratives prennent un temps pr\u00e9cieux, souvent au d\u00e9triment de priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, Julie Sarah Leblanc-V\u00e9zina, directrice de l\u2019administration, d\u00e9cide d'optimiser la gestion comptable pour \u00e9liminer les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives. En septembre, elle int\u00e9gre Aleop \u00e0 son quotidien, transformant ainsi sa fa\u00e7on de travailler.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les d\u00e9fis de l'entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant Aleop, la gestion des t\u00e2ches administratives \u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable casse-t\u00eate. C\u2019est comme avoir un employ\u00e9 toujours disponible, sans besoin de formation ni de gestion des absences. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ajoute : \u00ab Avec Aleop, une seule personne suffit pour accomplir le travail de deux.
