Can I scan the documents with my phone?<\/h4>

While it is possible to use a cell phone for scanning, this might not be your best option. The amount of documents you have will determine whether this method is efficient for you. An advisor can connect with you to discuss what your best options are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to add last year\u2019s financial data during Aleop\u2019s set up?<\/h4>

Yes, during the installation process, our team is responsible for integrating your last year\u2019s data into Aleop so you can have results to compare to right away.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>

How long does it take to learn how to use Aleop?<\/h4>

We are all at different levels when it comes to technology. The time it takes for users to familiarize themselves with Aleop changes from one person to another. Can OCR licenses be accumulated if not all of them have been used by he time of renewal?<\/h4>

Yes! All unused OCR licenses stay in your client account upon renewal.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>

How to calculate the amount of OCR licenses needed?<\/h4>

\n

You can select a package by estimating the amount of invoices or documents your business generates on a monthly basis. This number will determine which plan is the most adequate for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does OCR mean?<\/h4>

OCR stands for Optical character recognition.<\/em> It refers to the technology used by Aleop to convert all data collected from your documents.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>

What does EDI mean?<\/h4>

It is an electronic exchange of documents between business partners, from one computer to another. It replaces invoice papers, fax, and mail. When an EDI link is activated, you will receive your invoices directly in your Aleop account. Skip straight to authentication.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Upon joining, we make an appointment to install the scanner and create your account. Then we review the functioning of Aleop and answer all of your questions. These steps are done gradually, according to your availability and learning pace. Once you are comfortable with how it works, you can improve your skills with our personalized training.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>
