Chaque tableau de bord peut contenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatre indicateurs simultan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le type d\u2019indicateur choisi, diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les sont propos\u00e9s pour faciliter l'interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es. Les indicateurs sont regroup\u00e9s en trois familles, toutes accessibles \u00e0 partir du menu \u00abIndicateurs\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indicator categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four main indicator categories: Custom, Balance, Operation results, and Dairy. Each category belongs to one or more of the following types: Editable or Preconfigured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Editable<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Financial indicators expressed in monetary units ($).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users can create their own indicators, allowing for complete customization of dashboards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preconfigured<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Financial indicators provided by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expressed in monetary units, percentages, rates, factors, or ratios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They cannot be modified by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The <strong>Custom<\/strong> category includes editable indicators that users can create and customize according to their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Balance<\/strong> and <strong>Operation results<\/strong> categories include predefined indicators that are automatically generated by the system and cannot be modified.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a Custom indicator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>From the <strong>Custom<\/strong>&nbsp;submenu, select <strong>\u00abNouvel indicateur\u00bb<\/strong> under a tile you have created to create your own indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicators can be configured using different tracking modes, each providing a specific way of interpreting accounting and operational data. These modes determine how data is grouped, filtered, and displayed in dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of Financial indicators<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Types of indicators available for configuring financial indicators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Account follow-ups<\/strong><br>Uses one or more accounts from the Aleop chart of accounts. This mode is suitable for detailed tracking by accounting item. Some chart types allow multiple accounts to be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grouping follow-ups<\/strong><br>Bases the analysis on predefined groupings of Aleop accounts. Ideal for grouping and comparing similar accounting items in a summarized format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Company follow-ups<\/strong><br>Provides an overview by grouping all revenues, expenses, or both on a single chart for a defined period. This allows for an overall assessment of the company\u2019s financial health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Module follow-ups<\/strong><br>Allows you to track financial results associated with a specific Aleop module. This mode is suitable for analyzing the performance of an activity or business segment based on the data available in the selected module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operating benefits<\/strong><br>Allows you to track the evolution of the company\u2019s operating profit over a defined period. This mode provides a summarized view of the profitability of the company\u2019s activities by relating operating revenues to operating expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Type of Balance indicators<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Types of indicators available for configuring balance indicators:<br><br><strong>Immobilization<\/strong><br>Uses the accounts associated with the company\u2019s fixed assets. This mode is suitable for tracking the value of the company\u2019s long-term assets over a defined period.<br><strong><br>Immobilization with depreciation<\/strong><br>Takes depreciation of fixed assets into account to track changes in their net value over a defined period.<br><br><strong>Supplier accounts<\/strong><br>Uses supplier accounts to track amounts owed to the company\u2019s suppliers and their evolution over a defined period.<br><br><strong>Liquidities<\/strong><br>Groups cash accounts to provide an overview of the funds available to the company over a defined period.<br><strong><br>Working capital<\/strong><br>Compares current assets and current liabilities to track the company\u2019s ability to meet its short-term financial obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cockpits management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Cockpits are groups of indicators within the same categories. Several cockpits are available by default, but you can create new ones or perform actions on existing cockpits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial data begins to appear in the charts as soon as an accounting document has been validated. The indicators displayed are calculated based on data processed through Aleop and the accounting software. They therefore provide a reliable decision-support tool, provided that the accounting records are up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the <strong>Custom<\/strong>&nbsp;submenu, click the gear icon to display the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Cockpit Management.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To edit the information for a cockpit, click the corresponding pencil icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To add a new cockpit, click the plus icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can edit the <strong>Name <\/strong>and determine whether the cockpit is <strong>Active <\/strong>or not.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to confirm the changes to the selected cockpit or to add a new cockpit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can modify the order in which cockpits appear, as well as their titles, at any time. Useful for integrating into reports or presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Export (JPEG)<\/strong> :<br>Produces a JPEG image of the chart, ideal for quick visual use or sharing by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indicator management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>When modifying an existing indicator, the initial chart type cannot be changed. In other words, the visual selected when the indicator was created remains fixed and determines the options available when editing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, certain parameters that affect the indicator\u2019s display and content can be adjusted. Three types of gauges are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Circular gauge:<\/strong> similar to a gauge or meter, it provides an immediate visual representation of the level reached relative to a target.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vertical gauge:<\/strong> displays the evolution of the value on a linear scale, from bottom to top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Horizontal gauge:<\/strong> similar to the vertical gauge, but oriented from left to right. This can be useful for certain visual comparisons depending on the dashboard layout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This display is particularly useful for assessing an operational situation against a quantified target or established budget.
